Kylt Parvo DIVA 1 is intended for the detection of the Goose Parvovirus (GPV) vaccine strain Hoekstra present in vaccines Palmivax and Parvokan produced by Merial.The kit contains all reagents and controls for the detection. It is strongly recommended to run Kylt MDPV/GPV Typing before using Kylt Parvo DIVA 1, as positive signals in the FAM channel of Kylt Parvo DIVA 1 Real-Time PCR Detection products may be the result of the presence of Muscovy Duck Parvovirus in the sample.
