Kylt® Parvo DIVA 1 Real-Time PCR Detection products are
intended for the detection of the Goose Parvovirus (GPV) vaccine strain
Hoekstra present in vaccines Palmivax and Parvokan produced by Merial.
The Real-Time PCR Detection Kit contains all reagents and controls for the secure and precise detection of GPV Hoekstra.
It is strongly recommended to run Kylt® MDPV/GPV Typing before using Kylt® Parvo DIVA 1, as positive signals in the FAM channel of Kylt® Parvo DIVA 1 Real-Time PCR Detection products may be the result of the presence of Muscovy Duck Parvovirus in the sample.
