Detailed description

Kylt® E. coli Stx1, Stx2, eae Detection kits are intended for the specific detection and differentiation of bacterial DNA from the Escherichia coli (E. coli) virulence factors Stx1 (Shigatoxin 1), Stx2 (Shigatoxin 2, including Stx2f) and eae (E. coli intimin).

The Real-Time PCR Detection Kit contains all reagents and controls for the separate specific detection of Stx1, Stx2, eae.
