Kylt® APEC qPCR Kits are intended for the specific and separate detection of bacterial DNA from 15 Avian Pathogenic Escherichia coli virulence factors.
Suitable for analysis are isolates derived from cultural processes with suitable sample material originating from birds.
The Real-Time PCR kit consists of four different Reaction-Mixes and Positive Controls and is therefore based on four different reaction setups. In each setup, the target genes of four virulence factors are amplified. One of the four setups also detects an internal control in addition to the three virulence factors.
