The Kylt®Infectious Spleen and Kidney Necrosis (ISKNV) Kit has been developed for the detection of Infectious Spleen and Kidney Necrosis in samples from fish.

Tissues and organs (especially: kidney, spleen, but also liver, gills, heart, intestine), material derived from cultural enrichment processes and swabs of the aforementioned samples are suitable for analysis.

The Real-Time RT-PCR Detection Kit contains all reagents and controls for the specific detection.
