Detailed description
Kylt APEC qPCR is intended for the separate detection of 15 Avian Pathogenic Escherichia coli virulence factors. The Real-Time PCR kit consists of four different Reaction-Mixes and Positive Controls and is therefore based on four different reaction setups. In each setup, the target genes of four virulence factors are amplified. One of the four setups also detects an internal control in addition to the three virulence factors. For more detailed information, please refer to the manual on pages 2 and 3. The kit contains all reagents and controls for the detection.
