Kylt^® MDV & Rispens DIVA Detection Kits comprise a Multiplex Real-Time PCR for the detection of viral DNA of Marek Disease Virus and furthermore, the differentiation between field strains and the vaccine strain Rispens CVI988.

The Real-Time PCR Detection Kit contains all reagents and controls for the separate specific detection of Marek Disease Virus and the differentiation between field strains and the vaccine strain Rispens CVI988.
