Kylt^® Clostridium perfringens Detection kit comprises a dual Multiplex Real-Time PCR for the detection of Clostridium perfringens Major (alpha, beta, epsilon, iota) and Minor (b2, entero, netB) Toxin Genes.

The Real-Time PCR Detection Kit contains all reagents and controls for the separate specific detection of said Toxin Genes.
